Selia Group enforces a strict no-gift rule across all business operations

Policy Statement

Selia Group has adopted a NO GIFT policy, subject to very limited exceptions. The Policy is aligned with the Guidelines on Adequate Procedures pursuant to subsection (5) of Section 17A under the MACC Act 2009 and Selia Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy Manual dated 01st January 2020.

Prohibition

Selia Group employees are prohibited from directly or indirectly giving and receiving gifts, including personal gifts that may influence good judgment and decision making, or in exchange of favours or benefits.

Lavish or unreasonable gifts or hospitality should not be accepted as such gifts may be interpreted as an attempt by the employees of Selia Group to receive them for personal benefits.

•   Selia Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy Manual (effective 01 January 2020)

Gift Declaration Requirement

All gifts received must be declared and registered in the e-Gift Register at https://hris.seliagroup.com. Failure to declare constitutes a breach of this policy.
