Policy Statement
SELIA GROUP is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest standard of integrity. As part of this commitment, Selia Group has in place an avenue to report improper conduct.
Objectives
To ensure that all employees and members of the public have access to secure channels to make reports made in good faith, on any improper conduct by any member or representative of Selia Group, with the assurance that there will be no repercussion against them.
Scope of Reporting
Improper conduct including but not limited to:
- Bribery and corruption
- Fraud, theft or embezzlement
- Abuse of power
- Conflict of interest
- Violations of applicable law and regulations
- Breach of any Group/Company policies and procedures
- Falsification or improper use of documents and financial records
- Misuse of Company assets, property or confidential information
- Bullying, harassment and sexual harassment
- Intimidation
Whistleblower Protection: Complete protection will be given to the whistleblower against any unfair practice.
The disclosure must contain details of the person(s) concerned, the nature of the allegation, date and location,
including any supporting documents. Whistleblower's name, NRIC and contact details must be provided.
